We always like to quote between 24-48 hour turn around for most of our services. Photos are almost always sent out by the end of the next business day. There are only special cases where a project will take more than 48 hours.

We can always take last minute appointments! You can always schedule up to the day before. We do offer same day appointments, but they are often times more difficult to accommodate.

This is actually where we differ from everyone else in the industry. Instead of charging by the photo, we charge by the SqFt. of a property. This gives our specialists more creative freedom and gives you, as the agent, more options when in comes to what you want to feature about your property. Typically for a 0-2500 SqFt property, you can expect anywhere between 25-50 photos and for a 2500-3500 SqFt property you can expect anywhere between 51-75 photos.

While you are not needed for a shoot, we do encourage the agent to be present. Not only does this help with aiding the photographer if there are any last minute notes or changes that need to be made, but it also aides the agent with building a stronger relationship with their client. You do always have the option of providing a lockbox or one day access code under the notes section when scheduling a session.

My name is Matthew Kulak, the founder of Kool Vision Media. I’ve spent over eight years helping real estate agents showcase properties with stunning visuals. My career began with a shot and dream. I was blessed with my first ever opportunity to work with THE top-rated real estate media company in New Jersey, where I honed my craft. This was the biggest opportunity I was ever given in my life. We captured captured everything from luxury estates to charming remodels. Working with some of the industry’s most successful agents and photographing unique homes, including those of some very famous figures. Working a long side such amazing people, taught me the art of storytelling through imagery.
